Uma repeatedly asked me what I am trying to do. That's yesterday evening. It was regarding Padma's returning home this Sunday.
Last day, I told you about the plans. Vasu'll be here on Saturday and they both will return on Sunday. I felt as if something very valuable ia about to lose. Uma too must have felt so, that's what I could make out from her tensed queries.
As I told you, I called on the Doctor treating Padma, in the evening. I had a brief discussion, and he gladly agreed to extend the treatment for a week more. Afterall, he'll be earning more; and there's no harm in doing this treatment for a week more. That's a win-win game ! However, I told the doctor to put things in a sweeter way to Padma. That's why today, Padma was told by the Doctor that she has to continue the process for another seven days. That'll improve the condition, and that's essential.
Padma is just back. She straight came to me (I was on Blogger) and narrated what the doctor told her. I said "if that's essential, yes..yes.. you must be here ... and complete the treatment". Padma stood there for a minute. I know she must have been thinking about Vasu. So, I said "call Vasu and tell him now.. about the plans. Tell him we'll fix the return programme only after the doctor gives a clearance, next week...". I threw the stone well ahead (Odunna pattikku oru muzham munne ). May be , another opportunity may crop up ! Padma went down to her room.
Now, its Uma's turn. She'll be here shortly. So, let me wind up for the moment, and put on my virtual eyes to Padma's room. Bye
